At Precise Shooter LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return period for eligible products purchased from our store or website.

Please review the following policy before returning an item.

30-Day Return Policy

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase or delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must generally:

• Be returned within 30 days.

• Be in its original condition.

• Include the original packaging, accessories, manuals and other included items.

• Show no signs of misuse, modification or damage.

• Include the original receipt or order information.

Some products may be subject to additional return requirements or exclusions.

Firearms

Because firearms are regulated products, firearm returns and refunds are subject to applicable federal and state laws and Precise Shooter’s transaction requirements.

A firearm cannot simply be returned or shipped back without prior authorization and appropriate instructions from Precise Shooter. Do not ship a firearm to us without contacting our team first.

If you believe there is a problem with a firearm you purchased, contact us before taking any action. We will review the circumstances and provide instructions for the appropriate next step.

A refund does not cancel or reverse any legal requirements that may apply to a firearm transaction.

Ammunition

For safety and regulatory reasons, ammunition may be subject to additional return restrictions.

Contact Precise Shooter before attempting to return ammunition. Do not ship ammunition back to us without receiving return instructions and authorization.

Accessories & Other Products

Eligible accessories, optics, reloading equipment and other merchandise may be returned within 30 days, provided the product meets our return requirements.

Products that have been used, damaged, modified or are missing original components may not qualify for a refund or may be subject to a reduced refund.

Online Orders & Nationwide Shipping

Precise Shooter ships eligible products to customers nationwide, subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and shipping restrictions.

Shipping an item to a customer does not mean every product can be shipped to every location. Certain products may be restricted or subject to additional requirements depending on the destination.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information and for complying with applicable laws governing purchases and possession of regulated products.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is defective, damaged during shipment, or Precise Shooter determines that the return is otherwise the result of an error on our part, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is defective, contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order information and, when applicable, photographs or other details describing the issue. We will review the situation and provide instructions for replacement, repair, return or refund where applicable.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Special Orders

Special-order products may be subject to additional return restrictions or fees. Please confirm the applicable return terms before placing a special order.

Do not send firearms, ammunition or other regulated products to us without first receiving specific instructions from our team.
