1. General Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery
- Items missing original packaging or components
- Certain regulated products where returns are restricted once transferred
4. Return Process
- Contact our support team with your order details
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided guidelines
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
6. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Provide photos and order details
We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
